I like to briefly share a thought about goal setting. Setting goals is a great way to challenge yourself to be an achiever.
When a goal is set it should be measureable and realistic. A goal should have enough of a challenge to feel something is
acomplished when achieve. It should not be so unattainable that you feel like a failure when it is not reached. So set a goal
that is attainable with some challenge in balanced.
